Cory's sister Heather just got back from her mission. She stopped by our house on the way down to Heber City for the Wardell Reunion. Haylee and Peyton were the only ones home with me when she came by. We were eating dinner and she walked into the dining room. Peyton was playing her shyness..putting her hands over her eyes but peaking through her fingers. Haylee was NOT having it! She SCREAMED and tried to hide and climb down..she was FURIOUS!! Heather left the room and once Haylee finally calmed down and was allowed down she ran RIGHT TO HEATHER! She sat on Heather..(like the pic) for 10 minutes. She wouldn't sit back and look at her..but just sat with her head on her shoulder. It was too funny!
Heather came back for Alexis' blessing..
We decide to take the long trip to Montana to hear her Homecoming talk. Our babes were rather sleepy...(and sleeping on Alexis!)
Out of the blue Gage tells us he has to go potty..it had only been 4 days of potty training and it was the first time he told us that so we weren't too sure. We pulled over and lo and behold..he went...I just had to take some candids for his first time peeing outside!!! (And we ended up stopping 6 times for him to go...and he actually went on all except the last stop..he was sick of sitting by that pount!) Taya also said she had to go pee. We figured she just wanted out but she actually went too! (Sorry no pics...1) harder to get kosher pics of a girl doing that than a guy and 2) I was helping her while Cory was still helping Gage!) That was the only time she did though!
Long drive...
Taya has become fascinated with plugging her ears and listening to herself talk. I'm sure it was a fun experience hearing all the sounds that come from a road trip that way!
