A 5 Month Old?!?!?!?!

I just canNOT believe this baby of ours is 5 months old already!!!! (9-20) It has gone by SO fast and she is learning SO much!! I just LOVE her!!

First baby food! Bananas!

Alexis is so fun!! She is such a good baby! She still only cries for 1 of 3 reasons..hungry, tired, or poopy! She will sit in her carseat or stroller anywhere we go and be just happy and content! She tried rice cereal and ate it so good. But it was obvious she was getting sick of it so I tried the oatmeal rice stuff and she did good with that too..but obviously getting sick of it so we tried baby food. She loves it! So far she has tried, bananas, apples, pears, peas, and green beans and has eaten them all! She's not picky at all! She naps twice a day and sleeps all night. Cory took Alexis in for her check up and at 5 months she is 27 inches long and 15lbs. 12oz!! She has to wear clothes that are too big for her because she needs them long enough for her!! She is super mellow and loves her brother and sisters! She just looks at Peyton and giggles and smiles! Haylee loves to tickle her and make her laugh. Taya plays with her but not quite as often as everyone else. She likes to make her laugh but if she doesn't she gets bored and moves on. Gage is always on her! He loves to lay on or beside her and he just rubs her face. It's very cute but we have to watch closely so he doesn't lay on her even though he tries sometimes! She smiles at everyone! She actually doesn't like getting dressed and undressed though! She could definitely go without that!!! She has a tooth!! It's on the bottom and I just noticed it a couple days before she turned 5 months old! Her mouth is still hurting her but she handles it pretty well. She loves to sit up and tries with all her might to do it herself. If she holds our fingers she can pretty much pull herself up. Alexis has started standing with us more! She loves to be held because it makes her feel on top of the world! Alexis plays more with toys and is enjoying her Bumbo. She loves singing and always stares intently at whoever it is! She is still so much fun and such a sweet, loving, calm babe! We love you Alexis!!!
