3rd Annual Father/Son & Girl's Night!!!

(May 10th, 2013)

Alexis had her PRESCHOOL PREVIEW!!!!!  She has been so excited for this for such a long time!
When we got there Mrs. Jackie came over to give Alexis her name tag and Alexis followed her right over and waited to go in!
Right after I took the above picture, Alexis said, "Hi Mrs. Angela!"  and waved!  So of course Mrs. Angela went and gave her a hug!!
Getting read to go in...she's nervous.  See how she is pulling her skirt up...she does that with shorts, skirts, dresses, pants, whatever, when she is nervous or a little embarrassed!
But she went right in!!!  When I picked her up Mrs. Jackie said that she did awesome!  She thought there was going to be a moment of crying but it passed without a tear!  And apparently Alexis said, "*gasp* I forgot my show-and-tell!"  Hehe too cute!
Now it's time for the boys to get their camp on and us to get girlie!! Gage was oh-so-ready!!! He's been asking for months when the "boys only" campout was!  Have fun little Tiger!
The girls and I went to the store to pick out our treats!!!
And Alexis passed out in the car!!!
Pizza for dinner!  (ick..I did not eat)!!
Notice her eye mask on her head..she put it on when she woke up and wore it all day long!!!!
Then we had baths and got p-jams on, braided Haylee and Alexis' hair and now it was time for movie and snack!!!!!  M&Ms, chips and dip, and Little Debbie brownies!  They also got to have some soda..(except for Taya who hates soda)~it's the only time they are allowed to have their own!
 Nails!!!!
We painted toes and put sticker nails on our fingers!!
They didn't last long though!  Haha!
Face masks!!!!
Then we went on a "dark walk" as the girls called it!!
Then they were finally ready for bed!!  We camped out in my room!!! Taya and Peyton on the floor, Jack, and Alexis on the floor (in the corner), and Haylee in the bed.  They each picked their spots so it worked!!
We were woke up by Daddy and Gage coming into the room!  (okay we were mostly awake but some still half-asleep)!  So the kids had pop-tarts and SODA for breakfast! (UGH..only this occasion)!!  They were sitting outside watching our new neighbor and friend learn to ride her bike with only two wheels!
We had a great night!  Gage always loves his father/son campout plus he was a swimming monster!  I got them new arm floaties and apparently he loved them!  We always love this experience each year!  SO much fun!!!!
