First and Last!

When we found out that Cory got this job in Salt Lake, we had a week to find a place before he actually started! We came down to Salt Lake and stayed with his cousin Tanner and his wife Nichole. My parents watched the girls (Thank You!) and we took Gage and Taya. Gage and Taya had a lot of fun at their house. They got to stay up late..and have their first bubble bath!! In the morning, they found some hats they just had to put on!

Nichole made waffles and we relaxed for a few minutes before we took off to look at some houses.

The following Tuesday, we still hadn't found a place and it was Cory's first day of work! My parents watched the girls again and we took Gage and Taya back down to Utah. We were going to stay at Cory's brother's house but Cory was sick and so were their kids so we ended up staying in a hotel. I hung out there with the kids while Cory went to work. The next day we headed out to find a place! (Which we did!!)

It started off with bed jumping..of course! Then they just ran back and forth across the room and played in the mirror door! They loaded all the pillows and their blankies on the floor and "took a nap." And got another bubble bath!

Then I actually decided to let them walk to halls before bed. They loved it!

Our family loves taking drives and Cory and the kids LOVE to see the Temple and the Greenbelt. So before we moved we took our last drive around there!

As a side note..we were driving back to Utah and our van decided to go out! (Pretty sure our transmission blew!) We weren't home yet and had a while to wait for the nearest person to come rescue us (Thank You Nicole!). Thank heavens for portable DVD players..because they were this happy the whole time!! As you can see..Gage doesn't take his eyes of his "Cars" movie!
