Cory's birthday and Seven Peaks!!

Cory turned 24 on June 6th!! (Don't worry, his b-day post is next!) I wanted to surprise Cory and take him camping..but it rained in IF all weekend. Cory, Gage, Taya, and I packed up and went to Seven Peaks instead! Mom and Dad watched Haylee and Peyton..THANK YOU AGAIN!! The drive there on Friday night seemed to go on forever! So instead of eating in Provo like planned, we stopped in Layton and went to Garcias. Of course I had them sing to Cory! He didn't really like it..but oh well right!!Gage and Taya did really really good in the restaurant. This was the first time they've been to one without being in their carseats the whole time!! They sat great, they ate great, and they behaved great! We had a very sleepless night! We thought Gage and Taya would sleep in bed with us since they were getting older. So not the case!! Taya was just asleep on me when Gage got up and played and woke her. We put him in the little crib/play pen thingy they had at the hotel. He fell right to sleep!! Taya on the other hand..she was up all night except for 2 hours. So..after that wonderful nights sleep we woke and got ready for Seven Peaks!!
Too our dismay, it didn't open until 11. We had already checked out of our room so we drove around Provo a bit..and of course of course this is what happened.. We got their and they couldn't wait to go in! We practically had to hold them down to put sunscreen on them! But they got in the kiddie pool and loved it!!

Poor Gage slipped and fell face first. He was right where it slopes so when we was crawling forward to try and get himself up, he was actually going deeper and deeper in the pool! He freaked at first but immediately got over it and loved the water the rest of the day! He really likes to do it all on his own..but when he can't reach and we have to hold him he doesn't quite understand and gets a little mad!
Just a minute or two after Gage face-planted, so did Taya! She stood back up and she was not happy at all! She didn't really want to have much to do with the water for the next hour or two. But luckily she got into it again in full swing and seemed to have forgotten what happened earlier!
Taya isn't too big on slides at the park. She only likes them if someone is holding her arm as she goes down. We decided not to take her on any waterslides. Gage loves slides at the park. He leans back and pushes himself down! Cory took him on one. Too bad they went at a snails pace down it though! I think Gage was more confused than anything! He seemed to enjoy it when I saw him, but Cory said he didn't like it up at the top..
Cory went down the big orange drop slide..and his back got tore up!!

Ahh I love these kids!
